In close consultation with cooks, sommeliers, maîtres d’hôtel, waiters, cheese makers, pastry chefs, he created these beautiful and practical pieces for restaurants.
Dessert carts were expected. They had to be cold, easy to handle, very transparent, open, and of course elegant. Patrick Sarran searched for a long time for his own winding mechanism, until he came up with the idea of the very special crown of the SWEET KIT. The wood is wrapped around the flank and not in the flank.

In close consultation with cooks, sommeliers, maîtres d’hôtel, waiters, cheese makers, pastry chefs, he created these beautiful and practical pieces for restaurants.

Designers didn’t pay much attention to the problem of tables in restaurants. Yet, as Chef Michel Sarran pointed out, the daily setting up of tables posed serious practical problems, especially for the round tables that symbolize conviviality for the guests. Patrick Sarran provided an answer with this original system based on trays and snap-on legs, which is light, robust, space-saving and effortless.
