Pastries need transparency and volume more than any other food. Sweet Kit is a mobile workstation which enables desserts to be put together in front of diners in the restaurant. The composition of desserts is showcased under the cylindrical hood – ice cream, pastries, fruit, biscuits, hot and cold sauces, and everything that a pastry chef would need to create their desserts.

SWEET KIT design

The designer considered the service as a whole. The opening mechanism is based on a rotation around an acrylic glass disc. Two molded beech crowns serve as handles for opening the showcase and moving the trolley. This integration of features helps to provide a refined, product-enhancing service.
