In close consultation with cooks, sommeliers, maîtres d’hôtel, waiters, cheese makers, pastry chefs, he created these beautiful and practical pieces for restaurants.
Designers didn’t pay much attention to the problem of tables in restaurants. Yet, as Chef Michel Sarran pointed out, the daily setting up of tables posed serious practical problems, especially for the round tables that symbolize conviviality for the guests. Patrick Sarran provided an answer with this original system based on trays and snap-on legs, which is light, robust, space-saving and effortless.
